“Believe, commit and lead with a servant heart.”

My journey began when my friend Denika called to show me what she was doing with Arbonne. Initially, Denika was reluctant to share with me because she knew that I live an extremely busy lifestyle, and she thought I would have no time to add anything else to my schedule. When I saw the opportunity available to me, I believed I could do it. Time freedom was one of the main reasons I jumped in with both feet.

My husband, Harold and I have always worked very hard. Harold has worked two jobs for most of our married lives. We have owned a successful landscaping company for more than 20 years.

I looked at this opportunity as a way of getting my husband out of one of his jobs, and I am thankful to say that after two and a half years of working my Arbonne business, he is only working one job. We are learning to work smarter, not harder.

I have had challenges in building my business, but working through those challenges has made me a better person. Personal growth is key for me to be able to move past obstacles in my business. From the beginning, I was willing to learn whatever I needed to in order to see my business work.

One thing I learned is to set goals and write them down. I also became accountable to my upline. I never tried to reinvent the wheel — I just did what they said works for them, and followed that system. Guess what? It works! Arbonne is an amazing company to be part of, and I really do believe that I am in the right place, at the right time. It is so exciting.

People are always dreaming about being in a different place in their lives, but they are unwilling to step out of their comfort zone. I believe that success is just outside your comfort zone, and I also know that if I help enough people get where they want to go in life, I will be where I want to go. As a person, I have grown so much as a result of my business. I simply can't imagine my life without it. I love all the relationships I have built since joining Arbonne.

Arbonne is about helping others believe in their dreams. I thank God for Arbonne — it truly has changed my life and me as a person.

Thank you, Harold, for always believing in me and never doubting me or Arbonne, and for doing everything you could to help me out, even when you were very busy.

Thank you, Kelsey and Danielle, for giving up time with me in the evenings, helping to sell products, and being there when I need you. Kelsey, it is an honour to have you in my business and it was so exciting to have you be one of my first Area Managers. It is so cool that Arbonne allows me to work alongside my daughters and help them achieve their dreams. Danielle, I can hardly wait until you're of age to start your own Arbonne business. I hope this is a fit in your life as well. Talk about a dream come true, to be able to share this dream with both of you!

To AM Arlene Bertozzi: You have a great ability to remember names and make people feel special.

To Patricia Scanlan: I never knew you before Arbonne — you are an amazing lady. I have met and worked with so many amazing people that I know I wouldn't have met if I had not joined Arbonne.

To EDM Cheryl Campbell: You have a great ability to believe in everyone and to work with them to see their dreams come true. And that's what I love about you — your big heart.

To my nieces, DM Andrea Dupius and DM Shaylan Dalgleish: You both have great hearts and you want to help others walk in their dreams.

To DM Magdalene Anozie: You have an amazing personality and it is such a delight to know you.

To DM Esther Omale: You are a great lady!

To DM Maeghan Coles: You are making a difference in people's lives and I feel fortunate to have you on my team.
