SUCCESS STRATEGY:

“The only adequate preparation for tomorrow is making the most out of today.”

I would like to say that even before Arbonne, I had a life with many blessings. I married the man of my dreams, my husband, Graham, and he has always been very hard working and has provided me the luxury of being a stay-at-home mom to our beautiful boys – Lucas, 5 and Cole, 3 – and for that gift I am truly grateful.

Then, in April of 2006, I realized there were significant changes in store for our family. Lucas would be off to kindergarten, and Cole starting preschool that fall. I had enjoyed my life at home with them very much, but began to feel as if I could use a little something for me. A couple months later, my dear friend, EAM Debra Picket, phoned to invite me to the launch of her new business with a company that I had never heard of before called Arbonne. Debra was so excited on the phone that I had to go see what it was all about. I was impressed by the products, the company and the possibilities of what the opportunity could hold for me. Two days later, I started my Arbonne journey and have never looked back!

On November 30, six months after starting my Arbonne business, I completed qualification for RVP. Both my business and my team started growing in direct proportion to my belief in the company, its products and its SuccessPlan. I believe that belief is so essential to the growth of your Arbonne business. For me, my belief came, not just from myself, but from everyone around me. My best friend, RVP-in-qualification Christine Lajeunesse, showed me that she believed in me long before she believed in Arbonne, when she signed up as my very first business builder without ever seeing any Arbonne products or literature. Christine has proven to be not only a great friend, but a wonderful business partner. Christine, I will see you on stage at NTC with the rest of us RVPs, because that is right where you belong! I want to thank you for your faith in me and in Arbonne. I had never witnessed anyone commit to constantly “bringing it,” until I saw you do just that. You rock all the way out and I love you!

If I had to pick one thing about Arbonne that I love the most, it would be that it gives hope and changes lives. One of my favorite sayings reminds me that the only cure for fear is hope. Hope can bring about some amazing things in some pretty ordinary folks. It makes us feel as though we can do almost anything. Now with Arbonne, we can! I challenge anyone reading my Eye on Arbonne story to pass this gift of Arbonne out like it was the winning lottery ticket. Give it generously, honestly and with pride. You will be so glad you did!

I would like to thank my wonderful team. I have sponsored some real Aces early in my business, like Area Manager Michelle Shiers. She is the queen of “getting ‘er done.” One quote that always reminds me of Michelle talks about the rules of success. The first rule is to deliver the goods and if you do this first step, the other rules no longer matter. That is my Michelle ... constantly delivering the goods! Michelle, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for your never-ending hard work and for having faith in me.

To Area Manager-in-qualification Penny Walton in Cranbrook: You jumped in with heart. Your family is your Why and they believe in you the way I do! Thank you for working so hard and bringing all those wonderful ladies into our business. District Manager Lynn Reid is one of them, and I am blessed to have her grace and knowledge on our team.

To Area Manager Colleen Conway: I am so proud of you and your constant dedication to your team. Keep it up and you will soon be writing your own Eye on Arbonne success story!

To District Manager Della Fraser: Wow, you have put so much energy into your business. I know that Arbonne will take you to places that you have been dreaming of. Della, thank you for believing in me!

To DMs, Kara Colynuck, Lisa Lattery, Tammy Baines, Vicki Currie, Jennifer Curley, Tanya Becker, Dolina Kerr, Gina Silvestro, Gimena Zutter, Katie Dodd and Tara Zalischuck, as well as to all of my Arbonne Independent Consultants: Remember, if you can dream it, you can do it!

To my upline, EAM Debra Pickett, ERVP Kerry Gess and ENVP Dr. Tanis Gaitens: Thank you for your constant encouragement and guidance. Words cannot express my gratitude.

To my mom and dad, Bertha and Oliver Greening of Clarenville, NL: Thank you for never letting me forget that you believed that I could not only achieve this promotion to RVP, but anything I ever said I wanted to do. My mom would say, “If anyone can do it, Kelly, you can.” And my dad used to say, “Nipper, you are a smart girl. When you put your mind to something, there is not a lot that can stop you.” My dad once told me when I was a little girl that if you did not have your word, you had nothing; but, if people knew your word was golden, you could build anything! Dad, you would be proud of me because I have built my entire business on my word! I love you both more than you will ever know. To my sisters, Gail, Lisa and Tiah: Thank you for being my own personal cheerleaders. You guys rock and I love you all!

To my boys, Lucas and Cole: My heart and my soul belong to you both. You are my Why. Mommy loves you to the moon and back, and do not ever forget it!

Last, but certainly not least, to my love, Graham: You have always believed in me far more than I ever believed in myself. Thank you for sharing this road with me by representing at home, giving baths, reading bedtime stories and taking care of business when I was out there working hard to build our future. I love you for everything you do for me and our family. It will always be you, me and the two monkeys!
