SUCCESS STRATEGY:

“Get into activity and believe you can do this.”

My life with Arbonne has been bursting with activity ever since I said to my sister, eight months ago, “Go ahead and sell me on Arbonne. Give me your two-minute Presentation.” Personally, I think she was totally surprised I even asked!

Tiffany started her Arbonne business two years earlier and was building a very successful team. Many times she tried to tell me about the opportunity and every time I said, “No, thank you, I am not interested in changing my business.” After all, I was already working from home as an independent consultant with another direct selling company. I was queen of the in-home shows. I had a very successful business of my own, or so I thought. So, as we were driving in her new Mercedes-Benz, Tiffany sold me on the Arbonne opportunity. By the time we were home from visiting our parents, eight hours later, my head was spinning!

The next three months were full of activity. I had to finish up, close out my existing business and wrap my head around becoming an Area Manager at the same time. I was so excited! The Arbonne opportunity seemed real. I was using the Arbonne=REsults™ method and seeing the payoff. I found it so amazing I did not have to do in-home Presentations, sell, stock product, or make deliveries. I learned I could introduce these awesome products and teach people how to get them at a discount. Arbonne’s products are so remarkable that they sell themselves again and again. For me, this was huge. In my past business, I was always looking for new clients to replace the ones I had finished with.

In January, I was invited to an AM retreat with my upline, NVP Carol Egleston. I was simply moved when I met an entire room of remarkable women from all different personal and professional backgrounds. We had great training and fun, and were gifted with jewelry and given permission to dream!

I was starting to realize Arbonne could truly change my family’s life path. The thought of my husband being able to quit his current career as a furniture finisher, which is so toxic, to follow his passion of becoming a master in Wing Chug Kung Fu, is so incredible. That thought makes me cry every time!

In April, after attending NTC in St. Louis, which was inspiring, all I could say was, “Wow!” I was in awe of how truly amazing Arbonne is. After listening to the keynote speaker, I knew I had made the right decision and I learned some simple lessons on how to excel. This became my mantra going forward: I can do it; you can do it and you can help someone else do it.

This mantra, along with the Arbonne=REsults™, became the main instruments for building my business and I passed them on to my team.

At NTC, I also had the opportunity to have a conversation with the Arbonne Executive Team at our Canadian conference. When Chairman & CEO Bob Henry looked me in the eye and said, “Do you really know what you are sitting on here in Canada?” I got it! If I did not truly believe before NTC, I certainly became a believer from that moment on. Now, I share the Arbonne opportunity and amazing products with everyone in my circle of influence. My team is made up of beautiful people who are family and friends. I work closely with my two sisters and my sisters-in-law. We have great fun and I can hardly wait to celebrate their success and Mercedes-Benzes!

To my family, Carlos, Samantha, Ashley, and Isabelle: Your confidence in me is what keeps me going! I appreciate your patience, understanding and love. I hope my girls grow up with the knowledge they can do or become anything they dream of.

To my sister, Tiffany: Thank you for never giving up on me. Timing is everything. Your determination and great business ethics fuel your success, and I can only hope to complement your example of a great leader.

To NVP Carol Egleston: Your belief in me did not go unnoticed. Thank you for taking time to show me my dreams of promoting to RVP could become reality.

To my team: My dreams would not be a reality if it were not for you. Your great determination, commitment, strength, willingness to learn, heart, integrity and friendship mean the world to me. I truly cherish you all!

To the Arbonne Home Office staff: Thank you for making all our dreams come true and for being the best you can be.

I have learned the only person holding you back from achieving your dreams is you. You are in control of your own destiny. Get into activity, duplicate yourself, never prejudge anyone and join me at the top!
