More. Depending on your perspective, it can seem demanding, self-centered or greedy, or it can be the expression of your heart, knowing you were created to do more, be more, give more and change more.

From the time I was 14, I held a part-time job until I completed college, then I started working full time. When asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I could never answer. There never seemed to be words to describe the longing in my heart to do something meaningful and life changing. With my parent's encouragement, I got some “practical training” so that I could support myself with decent pay until I figured out what my calling was, but I could never quite put my finger on what it was or how to find it. I even returned to university in my 30s to pursue my education in Psychology, but I still couldn't quite find the right fit.

When I met my husband, Jared, I knew that somehow my life was turning a corner and things would never look the same. We were blessed with two beautiful children, Jenna (5) and Jack (3). We were what ENVP Tina Overbury calls the start-up family. Start-up mortgage, start-up car payment, and accumulating debt while trying to get our concrete pumping business off the ground and profitable. It didn't take long before the pressure started to add up, and I was facing the possibility of returning to work.

Putting my children in daycare was horrifying to me. I was willing to do almost anything to avoid that and I started looking for options. You would think when I was introduced to Arbonne, I would have recognized it as the solution, but I was certain network marketing was not for me. Thankfully, I was given a sample of NutriMinC® RE9™, and within days I could see a difference in my skin. I started to wonder if maybe, just maybe, the Arbonne business could be for me. I started to think about it at night and couldn't fall asleep. Little did I know I was failing the “pillow test”! I eventually called ERVP Brandy Mullen and asked her to tell me more.

On January 14, 2009, I decided to jump in and start my Arbonne business. I was nervous about what my friends would think and worried that I didn't know enough people who liked me well enough to host Presentations for me. But I found the courage to begin e-mailing and calling people, and within a few days two of my dearest friends decided to jump in with me. All three of us entered qualification for District Manager by the end of January!

Sitting around the kitchen table with my friends and husband on April 30, 2010, we became the Anna Brotzel Region just 15 short but amazing months later!

What I truly love about this opportunity is that it is a vehicle through which I can accomplish my “more”! I now have the means to impact the lives of thousands of people and their families for generations to come. I can give them practical tools which may help them change their financial future — tools through which they can grow and blossom into confident people of value, purpose and destiny. And that in turn has the potential to change future generations! Even better is that my daughter and son are growing up watching their mom live out her passion and purpose and accomplish her goals. They truly believe anything is possible — you just have to work for your promotion, first!

I cannot begin to adequately express my gratitude to all those who came before me. ERVP Brandy Mullen, I will forever be grateful to you for your willingness to drive out to a no-show party! That decision changed my life. ERVP Jocelyn Mullen, my friend, this journey is that much more amazing because I get to meet friends like you. Thank you for being you. ENVP Tina Overbury, you are a leader extraordinaire. Thank you for being “The Tina.” Your leadership is amazing, but your friendship is invaluable.

AM Liz Powers, my friend, you are creating a new story and a new future for your family. You inspire me to keep growing and moving forward. Thanks for doing life with me and this “crazy little biz.” AM Janine Neufeld, I love your “circley” self! You are amazing. If anyone had the right to sit down and give up, it was you, but you keep going and growing and you are on the cusp of an expansive future! Thank you for not wanting to be left behind! This journey would not have been the same without you. AM Janet Leipert, you are a gift! Your steady persistence and your big heart are creating amazing things. Look at what you have accomplished! I am so glad you asked me to come to Canmore and I am so grateful to be on this journey with you. You are creating Nations! Brand-new AM Ashley Zimmer, the best moment of completing Region was knowing you completed Area! I am so excited for you and so grateful to have you in my life and my business.

To all my DMs: You are so treasured. It may seem like Region is so far away, but it is closer than it appears! Just keep doing what you're doing with consistency and don't forget that everything you want is on the other side of comfortable!

To my Consultants and Clients: Thank you! Thank you for your trust and your continued support. Thank you for finding the right fit for you in this business. I am honoured to serve you.

And I must thank my parents, Lili and Victor Rychtowski. Without your support, not just in this business but in life always, we would not be where we are. I am so blessed to know our children are safe with Grandma and Grandpa.

Jared, thank you for your unwavering support and belief in me. You are my knight and the armor is just as bright as ever. Jenna and Jack, thank you for being patient and giving up evenings with Mommy. We sure earned that trip on the airplane and the white car with the star! There will be many more trips together soon.
